1. Booking and Reservations:

• Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 24 reservations annually.
• All reservations require a payment to secure your booking.
• Full payment is due 14 days prior to your arrival.
• Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival to receive a full refund, otherwise, no refund will be issued.

2. Property Use:

• Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the property during their stay.
• Guests must adhere to all local regulations and ordinances.
• Unauthorized guests are not permitted.
• Smoking, is strictly prohibited within the property.

3. Liability:

• The Bungalows Hawaii is not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained by guests during their stay.
• Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

4. Disputes:

Any disputes arising from your stay will be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be subject to the jurisdiction of Hawaii courts.

5. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii.

6. Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
